Deliveries

If you had paid deliveries, were you satisfied with this service?

Communications

1) Did you visit the Turtle Farm website this season and if so, for what purpose?  Please list.

2). If you received a hard copy of the newsletter, did you ever visit the website before delivery day to read the online version, and if so, how often?

Variations on the share

1)      You had the opportunity to customize vegetables in your share on your registration form (veggies included were beets, greens, eggplant, radishes, kohlrabi, hot peppers, and okra).  If you did this, do you feel it was successful in giving you more or less of the vegetables that you indicated (as best you recall)?

2)      If you deposited money for an herb share, did you request, a) farmer’s choice, b) requests only, or c) a combination of both (please circle).

a.       Did this herb plan meet your expectations for quality and amount and variety?

b.      If you could change or add something to improve the herb part of your share, what would it be?

c.       Would you request the herb share again next year?

3)      If you participated in the ala carte deposit for this season, many of you did not receive all the crops you requested because of low quantities (veggies included were snow peas, fennel, tomatillos, ground cherries, garden huckleberries, shallots, cow peas, dry beans, daikon radishes, and kale).

a. Are you interested in this option next year?

b. Do you have suggestions to improve how this works?
